This is the 1st Annual All Area/All Media Statewid Exhibition is an opportunity for Michigan artists to exhibit in artcenter's Front Street Gallery during the stunning Northern Michigan summer Months.
WINE LABEL COMPETION WINNER ANNOUNCED
We are excited to announce that in 2008, Chateau Chantal,

located on Old Mission Peninsula, once again will produce the   

 artcenterTRAVERSECITY wine label series.

                                      The artwork to be featured on the label for 2008 has been chosen from works submitted by members of the artcenterTRAVERSECITY. Jerry Gates is the winner for 2008.  The inaugural wine label for the series in 2007, featured a painting by Charles Murphy celebrating the Grand Traverse region. The 500 signed and numbered bottles of 2006 Semi Dry Riesling were offered to the public and a portion of each sale was donated to artcenterTRAVERSECITY.

 The Art Fair Committee is comprised of working artists and artcenter TRAVERSE CITY members who volunteer their time to insure a quality show. Please assist us and make sure your application is complete, all items on the check list are enclosed, the slides/digital images labeled correctly and that the post mark is on or before February 4, 2008. All incomplete entries will be rejected.

artcenter TRAVERSE CITY invites you experience 48th Annual Traverse Bay Outdoor Art Fair, to be held under the towering pines on the campus of Northwestern Michigan College in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. We offer ample parking and the tall pines provide the perfect Art Fair atmosphere.  Participation was open to all artists who exhibit work of original concept, design and execution. The artcenter seeks to maintain the highest standards for both the artists and the viewing public.
